Got a Imp? Ever wonder how many are out there in N. America?
I've heard anywhere from 500 to 5000 were imported, but can I only think of less that 35 that I have heard of or seen.
Put yours on the list, even if it is in restoration or sitting in a field. If you have seen one tell us. If you have scrapped one, tell us.
With any luck, we can see how many are left and get a closer network of owners and parts supplies.

Been a while since I updated the site. I'm moving it over to a self listing gallery so I can't be blamed for the lazyness ;-)
This one will end as it is and stay as an archive.

I got back from the Imp National in Dorset and a trip around the UK. I have loads of picture and a few movies of racing Imps as well. The files are huge and require slimming down. I'll get to it soon.
If you have no plans next summer and you like Imps, go to the next national meet. It will be in Scotland, the birthplace!

Jonathan Audette has 2 new Imps I have yet to put up on the list. One I have built into a nice little racer, the other is awaiting the time to get worked on.
Dave Guenther bought my old blue Imp (#20) and I have turned it into a racecar for him as well, more pics to follow.
Me, on the otherhand, had the misfortune to sieze up the transaxle on my daily driver, so no Imp for a bit... Bummer.
I'm still planning on getting the other site up and running. It's there, just neglected. Feel free to pop over and post your own pics on what is to be the new album. http://www.impfected.com/cpg132/index.php
1-12-05 Happy New "Imp" Year.
I have resolved to get his site linked up to my new domain at www.impfected.com if they can ever get the DNS to sync up!
I hope to get a bulliten board going on the new site to share info between US Impers. There are alot of parts and cars still out there. They keep popping up.
I've started selling parts and am working on some new parts for the Imp. Mostly 998cc engine conversion stuff like liners and pistons and such. I have soem used stuff as well and feel free to shoot me an email or ring me at 206-226-3613. Right now I'm having a hard time parting with all my stash, but I'll get used to it. I'm probably still going to have to send you off to the UK to get your stuff. I don't have much.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been playing with my Imps too much. There is a new car added, and few little refinements, but I'm trying to hold off anything major till I get the site over to a proper server.
I have added a couple of parts to the interchange. Feel free to mail me with others to add. So far they are just ones from personal experience.
I added a "parts interchange page" for getting those parts like seals and u-joints that have NA manufacturers.
Welcome all to the NAIR. This will hopefully beome a source of parts an info on these rare (in N.America) little cars.
This page is not associated with The Imp Club (www.theimpclub.co.uk) , but I am a member and hope that others will join as well. It is the best source of parts and has a great forum on it as well.
The site should IMProve after I get an idea of how it should end up looking.
Enjoy
